XML Formatter

Indent XML so its structure is readable.

Re-indents an XML document one level per nesting depth, keeping simple <tag>value</tag> elements on a single line. It checks that tags balance and reports the first mismatch by name. It is a structural formatter, not a validating parser — it does not check against a DTD or schema.
