Remove Duplicate Words

Drop repeated words, either everywhere or only where they repeat twice in a row.

Removes repeated words while keeping the punctuation and spacing around the words that survive. Consecutive mode catches the classic typo of writing a word twice in a row; removing every repeat is a much stronger edit that will change the meaning of ordinary prose.
