Text Similarity
Compare two texts and see what they share and where they differ.
Three different measures, because they disagree usefully. Jaccard compares the sets of distinct words and ignores how often each appears. Cosine weights words by frequency, so repeated emphasis counts. Character similarity comes from the edit distance and is the strictest — it notices rewording that the word measures miss. The line comparison below shows what was actually added and removed.
