Combine Lists

Append the lists end to end, with control over order and duplicates.

Appends the lists end to end. Duplicate handling is the interesting part: keeping everything preserves the raw concatenation, removing all duplicates gives you the union, and removing only cross-list duplicates keeps repeats that were already inside a single list.
